Master in Wind Engineering (Western Ontario)

Specialization: Wind engineering, Industrial aerodynamics, Low buildings, Environmental monitoring.

Graduated Civil Engineering at the University of Queensland (UQ), Australia in 1998. In 1999 was contracted as assistant investigator by Dr. Chris Letchford at UQ, studying physical simulation of downbursts. In 2001 obtained a Master in Engineering Science (MESC) with specialization in Wind Engineering at Western University (UWO, Canada). In the following four years, was project engineer in the study of wind effects on numerous singular buildings at the AG Davenport Group in Canada (1 year) and Windtech Consultants in Australia (3 years). Is coauthor of numerous publications and technical presentations in the study of wind effects on low buildings. From 2004 to 2010 was contracted as Research Engineer for the Wind Engineering Group at the Universidad de Granada (CEAMA), Spain, participating in numerous investigation projects from field monitoring, wind tunnel and water flume studies. Dr. Ing. Caminos (2008) at the UGR, investigating wind/water interaction in complex terrain. In 2010 cofounded Oritia & Boreas Wind Engineering.
